3-Day Used Return Program
We understand this is a big purchase and want to get this right. If you're not satisfied with your used vehicle, our 3-Day Used Return program lets you return it within three days of delivery.
Here's how it works:
- Submit a return request through your dashboard under 'My Account'.
- Make sure the vehicle is in the same condition you received it in (no accident or damage) and free of all liens.
- Bring the vehicle back to the dealership you purchased it from within 24 hours of submitting the return request.
- Receive a refund for your purchase price minus any delivery fees and a $199 restocking fee within 5-10 business days.
Only available and valid on used vehicles purchased through Polaris Xchange and where a customer submitted a reservation deposit.
